Matt Carpenter goes 1-for-3 in the Cardinals' 5-1 loss to Dodgers

Matt Carpenter finished 1-for-3 and added his first stolen base of the season as the Cardinals fall to LHP Rich Hill and the Dodgers on Monday.
Fantasy Impact:
Carpenter is in a terrible slump lately, hitting only .158 (6-for-38) over his last 10 games. He was able to steal his first base of the season, which is a small bonus. Carpenter's career season-high is five, so dont count on that happening very often. Carpenter will look to break out of his slump against tough RHP Kenta Maeda and the Dodgers on Tuesday.
