Austin Hedges fails to get on base during victory Monday

Austin Hedges went 0-for-3 at the plate, striking out once, during Monday's 5-2 victory over the Chicago Cubs.
Fantasy Impact:
After putting together three consecutive home-run performances on April 20th, 21st, and 22nd respectively, Hedges has fallen into a slump at the plate. His batting-average is dwindling just above .200 at .201 through 154 at-bats on the season-to-date. To make matters worse, Hedges owns an abysmal .257 on-base-percentage and a .390 slugging-percentage. The 24-year-old San Juan Capistrano Native is not a recommended fantasy option at this time.
