James Shields to make second rehab start on Thursday

James Shields will make his second rehab start for Triple-A Charlotte on Thursday, facing off against the Braves affiliate in Gwinnett. (Chicago White Sox on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Shields has been sidelined since the middle of April with a strained lat. He was pitching well before the injury with a 1.62 ERA through three starts. However, he also posted a 16:10 strikeout to walk ratio, which likely means he was getting a bit lucky. Fantasy players should wait and see how he does once back in the majors before picking him up. He may only need two more rehab starts including tomorrow.
