Alex Cobb pitched six innings of one-run ball and struck out five Friday to pick up his fifth win as the Rays defeated the A's.
Fantasy Impact:
Cobb was pitching well this season until his last start when he was crushed by the Mariners for 14 hits and nine runs. Hopefully, he is back on track with the good performance on Friday against Oakland. The 29-year-old pitcher is not a must-start in all fantasy leagues but would be a good pickup for fantasy owners needing starting pitching depth.
