Robert Gsellman wins his third straight start

by Nick Ritrivi | Nationals Correspondent | Sun, Jun 11th 8:09am EDT

Robert Gsellman won his third straight start in the Mets' 6-1 win over Atlanta. In Game 1 of a Saturday doubleheader, Gsellman gave up three hits, two walks and struck out four in 6 2/3 scoreless innings.

Fantasy Impact:

Gsellman continues to rebound after a very slow start to open the 2017 season. Considered a rookie of the year candidate during the pre-season, Gsellman has started to replicate his 2016 success as the calendar turned to June. Owners in deeper leagues should continue to roll with Gsellman, while shallower league owners in need of pitching help should have Gsellman on their radar where he's been dropped.
