Max Scherzer takes a loss despite 10 strikeout performance

Max Scherzer threw 7 1/3 innings of two run ball against the Texas Rangers. Scherzer struck out 10, walked one, and gave up three hits. Scherzer was stuck with the loss in this one as he exited with his team trailing by one before bullpen issues extended the deficit.
Fantasy Impact:
Scherzer is striking out nearly six batter per every walk allowed in addition to his sparkling 2.36 ERA. Scherzer is a true ace and now has four consecutive starts in which he has double digit strikeout totals. Be thankful to own him if he is on your team.
