Matt Harvey to miss several weeks

Matt Harvey was diagnosed with a stress injury to the scapula in his throwing shoulder on Thursday. This injury will shut Harvey down for several weeks. (NY Daily News)
Fantasy Impact:
This news is no real surprise considering Harvey was throwing in the high 80s on Wednesday night in his abbreviated start against the Cubs. Harvey, who complained of fatigue after his start on Wednesday, owns a 5.25 ERA and 1.45 WHIP on the season. The Mets should make a corresponding DL move with Harvey in the coming day or two allowing fantasy owners to stash him for what could, hopefully, be a second half rebound. Owners should expect Harvey back after the All Star Break at this point.
