Alex Cobb allowed three runs, two earned, on eight hits and two walks while striking out three batters during Thursday's loss to Detroit. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
After getting crushed for nine runs on 14 hits against the Mariners on June 3, Cobb has come back to pitch two quality starts. The 29-year-old righty now has a 5-5 record, 4.17 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 6.3 K/9. His next start is against the Reds at home next week.
