J.J. Hardy sidelined with wrist fracture

by Matthew Marino | Mon, Jun 19th 4:19pm EDT

J.J. Hardy's CT scan Monday confirmed a non-disclosed right wrist fracture that could sideline him for up to two months. Hardy was hit in the wrist by Cardinals starting pitcher Lance Lynn in the 4th inning on Sunday. ( Brittany Ghiroli from MLB.com)

Fantasy Impact:

This is just another blow in a disappointing season for Hardy and the Orioles. Hardy is set to meet with a hand specialist on Tuesday. In his absence Rubén Tejada or a minor league call-up will likely take over duties at SS.
