Ian Kennedy can't make it out of the fifth inning Wednesday

Ian Kennedy allowed four runs (two earned) on three hits and three walks in 4 2/3 innings on Wednesday against the Red Sox. He struck out four and did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
It wasn't the worst start against a tough lineup, but Kennedy just can't seem to get anything going. While his WHIP certainly doesn't hurt you (1.22), his inflated ERA (4.95) and sub-par strikeout rate (7.6/9) just doesn't help much. He'll look to get on track against the Tigers in his next start.
