Marcell Ozuna hits 20th home run Thursday

by Mike Maher | Braves Correspondent | Fri, Jun 23rd 7:58am EDT

Marcell Ozuna went 2-for-4 with a home run in Thursday's blowout loss to the Chicago Cubs. The home run was his 20th of the season and puts him just three away from his previous career high of 23 in a season.

Fantasy Impact:

Ozuna was the lone bright spot for the Marlins on Thursday as they got demolished 11-1 by the Cubs. His incredible season is showing no signs of slowing down, and he looks like he is going to easily pass his career high of 23 home runs before we even reach the halfway point in the season. At his current pace, he has a chance to score 100 runs, record 200 hits, hit 40 home runs, and drive in 100 runs.
