Giancarlo Stanton went 2-for-3 with a double and a solo home run Friday against the Cubs. The home run was his 19th of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
As long as he continues to stay healthy, which is never a given for Stanton, he should have easily the best season of his career. In addition to his 19 home runs, he is slashing .276 / .356 / .549 and is on pace to score 100 runs for the first time in his career and drive in more than 100 runs for just the second time in his career.
