Eduardo Rodriguez has rehab start in Double-A

Eduardo Rodriguez is scheduled to throw 75-80 pitches in a rehab start for Double-A Portland on Thursday, Brian MacPherson of the Providence Journal reports. (Brain MacPherson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Red Sox have said they expect Rodriguez will be back after the All-Star break. If he looks healthy and pitches well that timetable could be moved up. The lefty is 4-2 with a 3.54 ERA in 10 starts for Boston this season.
