Starlin Castro was removed from Monday's game with an apparent leg injury after grounding out to end the third inning. Rob Refsnyder took over at second base. (Andrew Marchand on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

With Aaron Hicks on the DL and Matt Holliday battling fatigue, the last thing the Yankees need is to lose Castro for an extended period of time. Castro, who was fighting through a wrist injury, had been having a solid season thus far, with 12 home runs and an .835 OPS. The Yankees should provide more information after the game.
