DJ LeMahieu batting .349 in June

DJ LeMahieu collected just one hit in four at-bats on Monday during the Rockies 9-2 loss to the Giants. LeMahieu stranded three runners in the loss.
Fantasy Impact:
LeMahieu's batting average has increased each month this season from .263 in April to .296 in May and finally up to .349 so far in June. His .304 average for the year is still short of last season's .348 mark but it is definitely heading in the right direction. LeMahieu needs to produce in the batting average category since his stats in the counting categories other than runs is so limited with three homers and four steals this season. A player with an average over .300 is still valueable as LeMahieu should be on fantasy rosters in all league sizes.
