Charlie Blackmon reaches base twice on Monday

by Brad Richter | Rockies Correspondent | Tue, Jun 27th 2:25pm EDT

Charlie Blackmon went 1-for-4 with single and a walk in the Rockies' 9-2 loss to the Giants on Monday.

Fantasy Impact:

The 30-year-old outfielder is on his way to another strong season with a .320 average, 16 home runs, 56 RBIs, 62 runs and five steals as we approach the halfway point of the season. Blackmon also has 10 triples on the season to lead the league while doubling the next highest mark of five (Zack Cozart and Billy Hamilton). The last time a player recorded 20 triples in a season was 2007 when Jimmy Rollins (20) and Curtis Granderson (23) accomplished the feat.
