Cody Bellinger drives in 56th RBI

by Eric Westlund | Cubs Correspondent | Wed, Jun 28th 1:11am EDT

Cody Bellinger batted 1-for-2 and walked twice in the Dodgers' 4-0 victory over the Angels on Tuesday. He drove in the game's first run on an RBI single and later scored on a Joc Pederson three-run homer. Bellinger was also caught stealing for the first time in six attempts.

Fantasy Impact:

The rookie sensation is now batting .273/.347/.668 on the season with 24 home runs and 56 RBIs, and his two bases on balls tonight brought his walk rate to 10.5%. With Bellinger's strikeout rate and batted-ball profile, he will likely need to maintain double-digit walk rates in order to sustain an above-average on-base percentage going forward.
