by Eric Westlund | Pirates Correspondent | Thu, Jun 29th 1:45am EDT

Yasmani Grandal batted 2-for-3 and walked once against the Angels on Thursday, tying the game on a 3-2 breaking ball from closer Cam Bedrosian in the top of the ninth inning with two outs and the Dodgers trailing 2-1. In the bottom of the ninth, Grandal committed a throwing error attempting to record the out at first base following a strikeout wild pitch, allowing Ben Revere to score the walk-off run from second base.

Fantasy Impact:

Grandal is now batting .268/.322/.464 on the season and remains a solid fantasy catcher in all formats hitting in the middle of the Dodgers' potent lineup.
