Jonathan Villar swipes 16th base in Brewers' rout over Cubs

Jonathan Villar hit leadoff on Thursday with Eric Sogard (ankle) on the DL. Villar went 1-for-4 with a single, walk, two runs, a RBI and a steal as the Brewers' crushed the Cubs 11-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Villar will get everyday at-bats in their weekend series in New York against the Yankees as the first-place Brewers wrap up the first half before the All-Star break. Villar needs to take advantage of Sogard being out of the lineup to re-assert himself as the primary 2B and leadoff hitter for the Brewers. Since returning from the DL on June 27, he is batting just .176 with two homers and two steals.
