Luis Cessa with another rough outing

Luis Cessa allowed three runs on four hits in 3 2/3 innings against the Twins on Tuesday. Cessa walked four and struck out two in his fourth start of the season. He has a 4.61 ERA this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Cessa and Bryan Mitchell will get the first shot at Michael Pineda's vacant rotation spot and Cessa has done nothing to earn the role. He has now pitched poorly in each of his four starts this season, lasting no more than five innings, and has 11 walks and 19 strikeouts in 27 1/3 innings this season. Manager Joe Girardi said that Cessa will get another start, but he should be kept on the waiver wire.
