Ryan Braun gets day off on Wednesday

Ryan Braun received a day off on Wednesday after playing in five straight games. He continues to manage through some soreness in his calf and wrist. (Todd Rosiak on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Brewers will continue to manage Braun's playing time by giving him a day or two off per week to try to keep him on the field and off the DL. Braun has recorded one hit in each of his five games since the All-Star break including a home run and a steal. He will likely return to the starting lineup for the series finale against the Pirates on Thursday.
