Yonder Alonso goes for a pair of hits in win

Yonder Alonso finished 2-for-2 with an RBI single and a walk in Oakland's 7-2 win over Tampa Bay.
Fantasy Impact:
Alonso drove in the final run of a four run fifth inning that put the A's ahead for good in this one. Despite scuffling a bit at the plate thus far in July, he figures to be an attractive target at the trade deadline for a contender as he's put together a nice .273/.373/.556 season with 21 home runs and 45 RBIs as a first-time All-Star. It's hard to tell what his fantasy value will be at that point but, for now, he's a key bat in the middle of Oakland's order so continue to deploy if you've been doing so.
