Nomar Mazara is not in the starting lineup for the Rangers on Thursday against left-hander Wade Miley. Delino DeShields will start in LF and hit in the leadoff spot. (MLB Lineups on Twitter)

Mazara is batting just .186 versus lefties in 59 at-bats this season. He will likely return to the starting lineup on Friday when the Rangers start a weekend series against the Rays and right-hander Alex Cobb.
