Brandon Kintzler allowed three runs over 1/3 of an inning on Sunday against the Tigers. Kintzler gave up two hits and walked two while striking out one.
Fantasy Impact:
The Twins were behind 6-5 when Kintzler entered the game, so he did not factor into the decision, but this obviously marks a rough outing for the closer. On the season, Kintzler still has a solid 2.72 ERA with a 1.09 WHIP and 27 saves. He remains a mid-tier closer.
