Michael Fulmer takes loss against Royals

Michael Fulmer (10-8) gave up three runs on eight hits over eight innings on Tuesday during a 3-1 loss to the Royals. He struck out six with no walks while giving up a leadoff home run to Whit Merrifield.
Fantasy Impact:
Fulmer had a solid bounce-back game against the same Royals' team that chased him from his last start after just 2 2/3 innings. Despite the quality start, Fulmer suffered his eighth loss of the season. Fulmer remains a solid fantasy pitcher but will have a challenge in his next scheduled start in New York against the Yankees on Monday.
