Jimmy Nelson pitched seven plus innings Wednesday, allowing two runs on four hits while striking out ten and walking one. He took a no decision.
Fantasy Impact:
At the beginning of the eighth it looked like Craig Counsell had left Nelson in too long, however the Brewers' bullpen allowed a seven run eighth, effectively spoiling Nelson's efforts. Regardless, the breakout season continues for Nelson, who now owns a 3.38 ERA and 10.01 K/9 on the season.
