Adrian Beltre 1-for-5 with a double for his 3,000th career hit in Sunday's loss to the Orioles.
Fantasy Impact:
Beltre is only the 31st hitter in MLB history to hit the 3,000 knocks plateau and the first Dominican-born player to do so all but guaranteeing he'll be punching a ticket to the Hall. Perhaps even more impressively, the 38-year-old Beltre is slashing .307/.382/.534 with nine home runs and 36 RBIs in just 51 games which, coupled with his monster .300/32/104 season last year, suggests that he is still every bit the player he has always been.
