Brett Gardner finished 0-for-4 with a walk and a pair of strikeouts in New York's 4-0 loss to Toronto.
Fantasy Impact:
Slashing .184/.279/.211 in 38 August at-bats, Gardner hasn't helped the Yankees much out of the lead-off spot although he does have a pair of steals. Still, he's been having a solid if not serviceable year, already setting a career high in home runs with 19 to go along with 49 RBIs and 15 stolen bases.
