Jordan Zimmermann lit up by Twins

Jordan Zimmermann gave up seven runs on eight hits in just 3 1/3 innings to the Twins on Saturday. He walked one and recorded one strikeout while giving up two home runs in the Tigers eventual 12-11 win.
Fantasy Impact:
Zimmermann's inconsistent season continues as he failed to reach five innings pitched in his fifth start this season. The seven runs allowed matched his worst outing of the season back on May 28 against the White Sox and raises his ERA up to 5.62 on the season. Zimmermann is only worth fantasy consideration as a streaming option in deep leagues when he has a favorable matchup against a team outside of his division.
