Zack Greinke shuts down Astros for 14th win

Zack Greinke (14-5) scattered five hits over 6 2/3 shutout innings to earn his 14th win of the season as the Diamondbacks beat the Astros 2-0 on Monday. Greinke struck out nine and walked two in the 100-pitch effort.
Fantasy Impact:
Greinke has had some ups-and-downs since the All-Star break but he put together a strong outing against a good offense on Monday to lower his season ERA down to 3.01. Greinke has had a nice bounce back season in his second year with the Diamondbacks and has been a draft day value for those that took a chance on him. His next scheduled start will come on Saturday against the Twins in Minnesota.
