Xander Bogaerts went 3-for-5 on Tuesday night vs the Cardinals. He hit a variety of singles, and also scored a run.
Fantasy Impact:
Bogaerts has been slumping since being hit in the hand in Tampa Bay. He has seen his once team leading average of .303 fall all the way to .280. Bogaerts has struggled to be the consistent player we saw the first half of the season, and may continue to struggle with consistency the rest of the way. He may not return the superstar numbers fantasy drafters thought he would, but he's still a serviceable option.
