Jose Berrios (12-6) was on his game on Wednesday shutting out the White Sox over seven innings while compiling 11 strikeouts. He allowed just four hits and one walk in the 88-pitch performance.
Fantasy Impact:
Berrios has pitched very well at home this season with a 2.54 ERA and 9.40 K/9 rate. Meanwhile, he has a 5.12 ERA and 8.07 K/9 rate on the road. With his next start scheduled for Monday in Tampa Bay followed up by a second start next week in Kansas City, fantasy owners should temper expectations but he is still worth a start in weekly leagues.
