Scott Alexander grabs save Monday

Scott Alexander came on to grab the final out Monday against the Tigers, securing the save. He relieved a porous Brandon Maurer, who allowed five hits and three runs in 2/3 of an inning.
Fantasy Impact:
A recent common occurrence for Alexander, as he has notched three one-out saves this year. If Kelvin Herrera does not return soon, look for Scott Alexander to have future save opportunities. Given his 1.84 ERA and 1.02 WHIP in 14 2/3 innings this past month, it is not a bad idea for manager Ned Yost to try him there more frequently.
