David Robertson could get save opportunities
by Chris Zolli | Rangers Correspondent | Wed, Sep 6th 1:53pm EDT
David Robertson pitched a perfect inning for the Yankees on Tuesday against the Orioles. Robertson struck out one without a walk. He has a 2.24 ERA and 0.94 WHIP this season.
Fantasy Impact:
With Dellin Betances struggling and Aroldis Chapman ousted from the closer's job, Robertson could be in line for saves with New York. He has not allowed a run in nine of his last 10 appearances and has a 1.44 ERA since the All-Star break. He is 14-for-16 in save opportunities between the White Sox and Yankees this season and saved 110 games from 2014-2016.
