Carlos Santana finished 3-for-5 with a home run, 2 RBI and scored twice as Cleveland extends their win streak to 14 games by beating the White Sox on 5-1 Wednesday. Santana hit a two-run homer in the eighth innings to break open a 1-0 game.

Santana has now had three consecutive multi-hit games and has now had five in his last seven games. Santana and the Indians are on fire and will look to finish off the sweep of the White Sox and set a team record of 15 straight wins when they take on the White Sox in their series finale on Thursday.
