Fantasy Impact:
Carpenter has played just one game in the past week due to the injury, but after positive MRI results he looks ready to get back in the lineup. Despite his disappointing .239 AVG, Carpenter still has a .374 OBP and 116 wRC+. His .272 BABIP and intermittent injuries may be to blame for his struggles this season.
