Chris Archer (9-11) gave up just two runs over six innings against the Cubs on Tuesday, but that was enough to land him in the loss column. He struck out six while allowing four hits and a walk.
Fantasy Impact:
Even though he ended up with the loss, fantasy owners are happy with Archer's pitching performance. The 28-year-old righty had given up 13 runs over seven innings in his last three starts. Archer will face the Orioles in Baltimore in his next outing.
