Francisco Lindor blasts 33rd homer on Saturday

by Brendan Tuma | Mets Correspondent | Sun, Sep 24th 9:11am EDT

Serving as the DH on Saturday night, Francisco Lindor went 2-for-5 with a homer, a double, an RBI, and three runs scored as the Indians beat the Mariners 11-4.

Fantasy Impact:

It's the continuation of a dominant 2017 season for Lindor. The 23-year-old made a conscious effort to adjust his launch angle this year, and it has helped him improve from 15 homers a season ago to 33 so far in 2017. His batting average is currently at .277, which would mark the first time in his career he finishes below .300, but fantasy owners will certainly take the tradeoff in the power department. Expect Lindor to be a first round draft pick next March.
