Max Scherzer brilliant in NLDS Game 3

Max Scherzer allowed just one run on one hit over 6 1/3 innings in Game 3 of the NLDS on Monday, striking out seven while walking three.

Fantasy Impact:

The Nationals would go on to lose 2-1, but Scherzer did everything he could coming off his hamstring injury. He was in complete control, carrying a no-hitter into the seventh before allowing a Ben Zobrist double with one out. That was it for him. Sammy Solis came out of the pen to allow back-to-back hits and put the Cubs right back into the game. The Nationals now have their backs to the wall on Tuesday in Game 4.
