Drew Smyly signs two-year deal with Cubs

The Cubs have signed Drew Smyly to a two-year, $10 million deal. Smyly can earn an additional $7 million in incentives. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Smyly had Tommy John surgery this past year and is likely out for most or all of 2018. Those is in keeper leagues should monitor Smyly, however, as he should be a decent asset in 2019 playing in the National League for an excellent team.
