Zach Britton ruptured his Achilles working out in California on Tuesday. He is expected to be out at least six months. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a devastating injury for the Orioles, as their once vaunted bullpen has now become a question mark. Britton should return this season but it's unclear whether he will become the closer on his return. Absent another move, Brad Brach should take over as the closer, where he did well last year, to start the season.
