Chris Tillman returns to Orioles on one-year deal

Chris Tillman has agreed to a major league deal with the Baltimore Orioles, according to Roch Kubatko. The deal includes $3 million in guaranteed money, with a potential $7 million in incentives. (Roch Kubatko on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tillman had an almost historically awful 2017, with a 7.84 ERA. Before that, he was a fairly reliable innings eater who could be counted on for (mostly) decent outings. Monitor his performance in spring training. If he finds his form, he could once again become a decent option in AL-only leagues.
