The Twins and Lance Lynn have reportedly agreed to a one-year, $12 million deal, according to Jon Morosi. The deal can reach $14 million with incentives. (Jon Morosi on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Lynn was one of the poster-boys for the new MLB landscape - a solid player who simply couldn't find a deal. He'll look to rebuild his value and test the free agent market next year with a one-year stopover in Minnesota. Obviously, Lynn's move to the AL has to be considered a negative, which is concerning considering that his FIP of 4.82 and xFIP of 4.75 last year were both more than a run higher than his ERA. Still, the AL Central has plenty of weak lineups, and Lynn should make a fine back-of-the-rotation fantasy starter.
