Corey Knebel (knee) says he is fine

by Brad Richter | White Sox Correspondent | Mon, Mar 12th 6:43am EDT

Corey Knebel was removed from Saturday's outing after slipping on a wet mound and tweaking his knee. He says that he is fine and that slight tendinitis in the left knee acts up on occasion but he is not expected to miss any time. (Tom Haudricourt on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Sounds like just a minor issue for Knebel who was sensational when taking over the closer's role for the Brewers last season with 39 saves, a 1.78 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 125 punch outs in 76 innings. The right-hander is the fifth-ranked closer in our expert rankings with an ADP of 72. If this injury news causes him to slip in your draft, take advantage and scoop him up.
