Greinke had been scheduled to throw five innings on Wednesday to continue to get stretched out, so the injury is a bad sign in more ways than one. Greinke, who had struggled with his velocity this spring, was actually throwing harder in this game, which makes the injury all that much more frustrating. Fantasy owners should wait for more news, of course, but until then, it's fair to drop Greinke a spot or two in your rankings at least.
