Ryan Braun in mid-season form with two-homer game

by Brad Richter | Thu, Mar 15th 12:51pm EDT

Ryan Braun hit a pair of long balls on Wednesday against the White Sox. His first homer was a solo shot in the first inning and he followed it up with a grand slam in the second inning both off White Sox starter Carson Fulmer.

Fantasy Impact:

Braun also played first base again as he tries to get comfortable at the position to provide some flexibility to a crowded outfield in Milwaukee. Braun is hitting .400 this spring in limited at-bats (15). The 34-year-old will try to stay healthy enough to exceed the 104 games played last season which was his lowest since 2013. Braun currently has an ADP of 98 and could be a good mid-round value if he stays healthy.
