Flaherty is sporting a 4.85 ERA this spring, but has struck out 20 hitters in 13 innings. Flaherty has been developing a two seamed fastball this spring.
Fantasy Impact:
Flaherty will more than likely start the season in Triple-A unless an injury occurs, but should get considerable time at some point this season in the Cardinals rotation. Flaherty should have some NL-only value and would be a great prospect in dynasty leagues.
