Drew Pomeranz (forearm) threw live batting practice on Sunday. Pomeranz threw two innings in what was essentially a simulated start and threw 33 pitches, 17 in the first and 16 in the second. (Mike Silverman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Pomeranz felt no pain which is a great sign. Expect the veteran lefty to get in a spring training outing before the start of the season. Pomeranz may get skipped one start in the rotation but should be good to go for the season.
