Carlos Martinez stretched out to 100 pitches in a minor league game Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
This is a great sign for Martinez owners as it really looks like Martinez is in great shape endurance wise. Manager Mike Matheny is keeping some of his starters away from the Grapefruit League for the last 10 days of camp due to the Cardinals playing the Mets three of its final eight spring games. The Cardinals Open the season against New York on March 29th.
