Nelson Cruz injures ankle on Saturday

X-rays taken on Nelson Cruz's twisted ankle were negative, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports. Cruz slipped on the dugout steps after hitting a home run Saturday against Cleveland and was removed from the game. (Shannon Drayer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cruz will have an MRI on Sunday so there is a possibility that he could miss some games. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on updates to see if the veteran slugger will be out.
